Do I need to register for an account in order to make purchases?
Yes. An account is needed to facilitate your purchases. Your account will also allow you to view details of all your orders.

How do I place an order?
- Log in to your account
- Select the item(s) you wish to purchase
- Select the color before selecting the size
- Click "Add to Bag"
- Move your cursor to your shopping cart and click on "Pay Now"
- Choose your delivery address
- If you have any special request for us, please leave us a message
- Agree to the terms of service
- Select your preferred mode of payment. You do not have to set up a PayPal account if you are doing a credit card payment.
- You will be directed to PayPal's secured site for payment. Proceed with payment.
- If your payment is successful, you will receive an email with your invoice and purchase details.
- If your payment is unsuccessful, please check that your information is accurate (e.g. expiry date, billing address, security code). If the details are correct but still cannot make payment, try paying with another card. If you have tried all these and are still having problems, please contact our customer service team.
Can I remove items from my order?
Orders cannot be changed once you have checked out your shopping cart.
Are items kept in my shopping bag reserved?
Items are not reserved until payment has been made.
What happens when a certain style is sold out?
We get new items weekly and often restock our most popular items.
Simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and click the "Notify me when available" button at the bottom of the page. Once the item is restocked, you'll be notified right away via email.
Alternatively, you may send us a feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org for any items that you want us to restock.
Helpful Hint: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or color you like! Due to the fast fashion nature of our business, we can never guarantee that an item will be restocked.
